this time about a new cultural medical school that bill english promised and now wont be delivered.

the disaster for rural health is when doctors are allowed our of the country without serving their time in the sticks.
these people just cant get it right.
so busy promising everything to everybody they cant see what actually needs to be done.

when bennet was pulled up on a point of order he ran out of the house before his time was up and escaped censure.
