If it aint broke then dont fix it...

Wellington City Council or whoever they are these days really messed up with the busses.
They were so desperate to shave dollars that they went for the cheapest option and screwed it all up completely.
Another gang of amatuers who thought they were so smart they cold read a position paper and know everything,
yeah right.
or because they were an all black once then they knew everything.
or because they sold out the municipal electricity department  they thnk they big swinging dicks
nada
just idiots who drink too much and have rotted their brains.

 and btw when you finally get it right then the next job is to get some busses with decent noise suppression.
you went cheap on that too.
somehow it seems you cant do anything right.
