There is a bad smell at Carter Court Carterton.
Carter Court is supposedly entrusted to the care of old men but has become a vehicle for leeches to extract a salary.
It is impossible to contact the board and make a formal complaint as there is no address on their web page so the manager basically has a free hand to do as he likes.
It is time he was held to account for allowing contract staff to harass neighbours.
One of them has sprayed my vege garden with weedkiller and someone has used the Carter Court Master Key to enter my house and go through my belongings.
this has got to stop.
