all societys must be and are governed to someones benefit.
to profess that is spontaneous is just persiflage to confuse the unlearned and ensure that hayek will always have employment from persons who know how to make money but dont know how to justify their predation. in other words he is just a hired gun .

Going on about factions in the NZLP being against markets.
well nobody I know in the NZLP wants a command economy but anybody with any depth of economic scholarship knows that all markets are rigged.
even the vegie markets which are touted in economics textbooks as examples of free markets are tilted by lopsided buying by big chains so to suggest that free markets rule is just another lie on his part.
even the bastions f capitalis, the money markets in the apple and london are rigged.
this National government is using a whole library fullof right wing propoganda to do eperiments on the populace.
Just because friedman and hayek wrote books about it doesnt make any of it right.
it is just belief and not a true justified beleif.
its only an opinion.
as for friedman he goes in the back with karl popper and gnome chumpsky as another  horrible little squib with an axe to gring and hiding behind a dense wall of words that purpotrts to be scholarship but is just a mountain of bullshit.
