keep off the grass...

A proper lawn

will somebody please donate a couple of hundredweight of diphasic super phosphate/lime and some grass seed  to Carter Court Carterton.
It is none of my business but the front lawn is a frigging mess.
It is just a patchwork of weeds with bare patches all over.
The staff there have no idea about growing lawn care and when I mentioned it to one of the front office staff all she could say was we should spray it to get rid of the weeds.

As long as it looks good as you drive past then that is enough.
