Boeing made an SP747 especially for getting in and out of smaller airports but they have been discontinued for some time
Now the weak as piss tweenies who think the world is their oyster because they passed secondary school and now own a flat screen tv, two kids, an ugly wife and a mortgage and have got themselves elected think they have the ability and foresight to plan something that is too big for them and the city.
