dont need a weather man to tell which the way the wind blows.

they will still have plenty of laws to enforce concerning cannabis so possession by private individuals will become private matters.
society will soon enforce its own prohibtions on which classes use the drug and what the attitude to public intoxication is.

more old people need untrammelled relief now and new zealand needs alternative yarns and fibres.
and new zealand needs a new zeitgeist.
