once some loud mouth raves on at the childcare centre about tongue tieing then everybody else has just got to do it come hell or high water or they are on the outs!

now the latest cohort of wunderkind have got jobs they want to throw the whole system of democracy built up over the last century to the winds just so they can demonstrate that they know how to write a local body voting programme that no one wants except the authors who stand to gain a temporaty pecuniary advantage.
