2nd thoughts.
the first lesson of economics is what is and how to draw the distinction  between positive and normative thinking.
so the meeting last night.
only one person had the whit to know that to make Carterton grow it needs new business.
that is NEW.
churning the property market is going to make some people rich.
not raise all boats.

the same old mouldy figs want to sanitise Carterton because they think people will like it more.

at the moment people come here to visit the second hand shops not buy a fridge or a washing machine (though they can if they want to).
so.
been twanging it this morning.
hehehehehehehe.
as tears go buy, its all ove now baby blue. no singing. just working over the chords and making up leads on the neck.

and how many people in the new zealand film industry have watched the fifth element this week.
