Full marks to the Human Rights Commision prosecuting the Sensible Sentencing Trust.
Garth Mc Vicar and his cohorts have to come to believe that they are above the law.
Well the plain fact of the mater is that they are not.
Mcvicar and his mates think they can decide someones guilt all on their ownsome and furthermore take on the position of judge jury and executioner al in one.
Well we live in a world where the common law has evolved to protect even the wretched till they have been proven guilty but that is not good enough for some people.
Mcvicar should study the law some time instead of opining on what they think it should be and fallinbg back on the kneejerk response of little people who protest too much.
He should also read the case of Savonarola who lead the people down the garden path till they got sick of him and burned him at the stake for being a first class prick.
