I hear Susan Devoy on the wireless this morning castigating the Labour Party.
Well she is a tory but that is not good enough.
As Joe Walsh said. I'ts not skiting if you can do it and if the Auckland Property Market is being whipsawed by chinese buyers then that is the fact of it.
A recent newspaper article reported that it is the same all over the word where  nouveau riches are using their money to cash in on something they have not built nor care anything about.
All major cities are being selected by one group or another.

Muddy Waters Folksinger is must have for any tyro getting started in the blues.
He plays the harp, strokes the axe and sings like a voodoo god from the depths of the Delta!

The movie played the other night on the teevee.
Harrowing to say the least as relentless machines started to wreck the planet for good.
There was no let up until the humans got back to par.
Then on the fade outs they showed the Mighty Mo!
