The other day I bought a little Coffee container with a clear lid. 50c from the Masterton Family Store. Before that I just did the old bachelors trick of pouring a dose straight out of the packet.
Now that I have to actually measure the amount my consumption has gone down quite considerably and the bonus is it lasts longer [doh] and I sleep much better at nights.
