It is a mish mash of fable and opinion and no fact.
In other words a blurb for the punitive authoritarian justice industry of new zealand.
Of all the cons the one I find most offensive is her contention that smoking weed can lead to arrest and permanent records.
At the end of her advice column she offers a little homily about mommy god and apple pie and offers the thought that if mom and god and apple pie do do the trick then marijuana will fade into the background.
If that is the case then she should take a stand and commit to the full legalisation of cannabis and stop beating around the bush in the childish way that only kiwis do.
