actual aggression...
I have been at my residence longer than the guy who mows the lawns next door one alistair conwell.
conwell claims I have a problem with him when in fact I dont care if he exists or not.
I have had to tell this man not to speak to me as it denies me the right to enjoy peace of mind and opens him up to charges of harassment if he persists.
this is notice of event no 4 in the current series.
today as I used the footpath he saw me coming and moved directly into my path and began waving a hoe in my direction.
as I got closer to him I asked him to move aside which he did but still waving his hoe.
I take his behaviour to be provocative and aggressive and if he had touched me then I would have been within my rights to defend my self.
people like conwell want others to believe that they are some sort of rustic savants to be treated seriously when in fact they are sly nasty bucolic yokels who cant stand to be thwarted or ignored.
He is making life unsafe and I insist on protection.
I'll talk it out with the judge later and I hope wise counsel prevails.

the person next door who made a complaint against me which I am prepared to take to the human rights tribunal if necessary came home drunkon March 22 and ran over their letterbox in their car and when I looked out the window to see what was going on they screamed abuse and swore at me.
so how do you like that!
These johnny come latelys have been atagonistic right from the start and somehow have managed to swamp me with false accusations and the management have swallowed it whole.

confessin' the blues...
and the spider and the fly.
Confessin" The Blues is an old standard covered by the best of them: Jay Mcshann, Little Walter, Chuck Berry et al.
Over all in terms of musicality and clarity of production the rolling stones version stand out above the rest.
It contains clear arpeggios, precise ornamentation around the note and exciting and imaginative flurries and fills.
this is music at its very best.
The stones version is in G and as many harmonica players know this is the key that is used in most beginners instruction books for cross harping an harmonica in the key of C.
Spider and The Fly is an original in the key of E and every tyro can practice those initial chops on this one and get up to speed.
