register of denial of rights...

According to Tenancy Services I have the right to enjoy the peace comfort  and privacy of my unit in the Porrit Place unit complex..
Now last week the manager of this complex sent me a letter compalining that I had abused visitors  walking past my window and denying me my right.
Those visitors are back today and have parked their car on the property next door and have walked through the gap in the hedge and past my property at least half a dozen times.
