Chris Clarke sometime manager of Carter Court Rest Home, Carterton, New Zealand fabricated another complaint against me when he accused me of abusing one of the staff.
This person was dogging me around on the property and in my opinion trying to provoke me.
At the same time on a regular basis every Saturday morning when I left my unit to walk downtown by some mysterious process this person would come past me on the road in his vehicle, slow down and mouth obscenties at me through his window.
This would happen regularly during the week as well.
This practice ceased after clarkes accusation so they must have got their heads together and realised that it had gone too far.
