Look dude the players should insist that the players committee provide every player witha video of every time they have been victims of high tackles and head shots.
This would enable players to sue their franchise {they dont have clubs anymore now they are abusiness}the NZRFU and the refereees who allow this stuff to happen with no sanctions.
