In the middle of a brutal pandemic that has at least two more years to run Sunday Star Times sourpuss Andrea Vance gets the editorial page to dun the government with a whole tissue of half truths retailed at full price and and a whole list of other extraneous nonsense.
No wonder no one trusts the media in NZ these days when the focus has nothing to do with reality but assembling a list of bullshit to attack the sensibilities of readers.
The public of New Zealand is fully aware that this government is doing the best it can under very trying circumstances not only to contain the threat of covid 19 but the rest of the mess deliberately created by the last nationals party government 9 years of mismanagement.
The editor of the SST is either under orders to permit this nonsense or does not have the intellectual capacity to oversee the staff and produce objective journalism.

The press is bleeding money and desperate for a National government to take more risk and shift the economy in their favour. They twist and turn the facts to make up a story that may appear credible but is full of innuendo to discredit the Labour Party who does an incredible job for New Zealanders.
