its easy
start with the easy ones first
1. hey hey my.
ingenious
you play this little beauty up and down the neck in chordal formations or single notes once you get the hang of the basic sequence.
then hurricane is a piece of piss. hehehehehe. do the same thing run the notes of the solo up and down the neck for maximum effect and then switch to single notes and vice versa. Use a TS9!
and for some variation and a timbre holdiay listen to the Byrds "My Back Pages" for a master class in tripping up and down it. and try and get to grips with 'turn turn turn' but dont get hung up on it. this is where yiur ear comes in
all the while listen to the shadows and cop those solos and file them away for later use
next a lot of Hank Williams
listen to that fiddle real close and if you haven't banged your eardrums out yet you can play along with an unplugged 6 string. like cool man.
and
some conway twitty who btw had a cool twanger in his band and youn gotta hear that
finally the rolling stones
root through the whole bag from go to let it bleed and you can do something. yep.
its the songs dummies
and then if you are lucky your soul becomes filled with invention and you find someone with stories to tell then you got it made.
thats how its done
beware you just might catch a wave.......
ome undone
the beauty of these lp's is the clarity of the production some of it better than the originals but which is necessary for accurate transcribing and once you got your ear in then do it dude.
It's all here in this little thumbnail sketch you better believe it.
