the groundperson from Carter Court has stood in a position while she waters new for an hour at time and so she can look through the only gap in the hedge where she can look into my unit.
she has also been meeting people on the other side of the hedge 7/11/2022 where they talk about me in loud voices so I can hear them.
today 30/01/2023 she woke me up blabbing to my neighbour and revving an electric device outside my window. yep.
