I was walking across the lawn at Carter Court and when I came round the corner of the building there was the groundsperson Robin Mills who was holding a hose and she pointed it at me and had a go. I manged to take a snap. I was carrying my camera and another staff member who said do not take my picture or you will be asked to leave. Who gave her authority to make judgements like that?

This person (Emma) knew my name even though we have never been introduced. I was going to take a picture of the benches left on the footpath for the last two days. I need evidence to support my claim before the tenancy tribunalthat these people are uncivilised and incapable (lazy) If this is respecting the elederly inmates of Carter Court then I will go he. When I got back to my unit this robin mills stood in the only gap of the hedge where pedestrians can look into my unit and began leering at me.

She has been leering at me through this gap for nearly two weeks now and then comes in and sprays roundup over everything on a Saturday morning!!!!!!!!!!!
