memo to kirk hope (less)...

 hope wants this budget to focus on less regulation and productivity.

for a  start if it was left to business they always take the easy way out and the standards of our produce would undoubtedly fall if  there were no controls on quality and ingredients.

secondly new zelanders are some of the hardest working people in the world and if productivity is to increase then business must invest more and stop blaming the gubmint!
