The old guy down the road told me his wife died early in the month for which he had payed in advance at Carter Court.

He was rung up and asked for his bank account so the monies could be refunded.

He said, " keep the money and buy something for the residents".

okay.

about two weeks later the person turns up to "supervise" workmen on one of the units wearing a new outfit.

brand spanking new straight out of the box

riding boots

jodhpurs

riding jacket

frilly shirt

riding cap 

riding crop.

once you are dead and that is a regular occurrence around here then all tales go to the grave but some escape.

I am woried now what will happen to my stuff before any beneficiaries get to have anything should I crossover while this gang is still in charge.

it is making me ill living here.

the so called "gardners" are spray happy. very few bees around here. the fact of the mtter is both of them are lazy. they do the absolute bare minimum.

they are conniving. they chopped down two perfectly good trees so the "gardner" could have years free firewood.

the gardner deliberately spreads lawnclippings onto the space under the eaves to kill the lovely violets there.

When the CDC gifted POrritt plce to the Carter Society they had just carried out a big job of filling in around the units with matting and a nice gravel top.

the new "gardner"  immediately upon appointment and having got his hands on the BUDGET  immediately went out and bought a truckload of shrubs and punched holes in all the good work explicitly designed to keep the cockroaches down.

This is the guy who walked up to me one day and said," waiti till we take over I will have power over you'!~ 

No body next door has any real qulifications and the atmosphere inside the home is deteriorating.

They say "we know everything there is to know and if we dont know it then it doesn't matter because if it did we would know it"!
