Went to Masterton this morning.somebody has sprayed the roadside so there is  this long brown stain all the way up the highway.

Why dont you give someone a job cutting weeds instead of making the world look like someone has shit themselves.

The Greens. ONe wants to beleive in them but as long as they hang on to the trotskyite permanent international revolution then they are just hangers on. Plus none of the trotskyites I have known have ever worked. They consider themselves an elite cadre that knows everything already.

Reading Rude at the moment. Good presentation of terms,timetable and main actors. BUt the anlaysis of politics necessary to sustain the revolution and establish a new order is the standout feature of this book.Everybody should read it but of cours they wont.

Listening to Nights on RNZ, last night (of course) and they played a Ruth Brown song. Loveley voice and sophisticated guitaring and then blow me down if I didn't go to the warehouse this morning and right smack dab in the middle of the $4.99 cd's was a Charlies Blues Masterworks cd of Ruth Brown.
