Congrats to the Masterton District Councillor who has the guts to get up and say what no one else will.

these cats have been dumped there and the others have been released as ornaments for the little dweebs who hang around there and want to leave their mark on the park but without any thought for the consequences except their own wishes and desires.

any objectors to shooting them should go down there and take them back to their place.
