Her life would fill a book or two and as I listened to the family tell their stories and two  Sisters from the Order of Calvary, who made the journey from Wellingon came and told of her ethos.
a beautiful word for a beautiful person.
and then when her life of service was over she came to Carterton and taught them how to make the shop run properly.
I hope there are more people like her out there in the world making a difference.

However you must answer some questions of your own.
some of us have been following the civil rights movement from the 60's  and have read the history beyond that and you have taken your eyes off the ball.
Why have you never spoken out about rap music.
It is horrible, arrogant, belligerent and divisive.
It began as the vanity press of drug dealers and while it might sound militant is is designed to intimidate drug users and cow the community.
Its okay for the middle class Negroes to sit in their houses listening to Otis Redding and Al Green and Aretha but in the meantime this horrible cancer has spread.
So it is no wonder that some whites feel threatened.
time for you to speak out about this.
