Joy to the world....

If only it were true.
The world has gone mad.
POlticians of any stripe can only obtain support by promises of liens on the future of production.
They must have support to feed their egos and sense of self but they have too much power now.
Enough to destroy the world without even letting off a bomb.
And it it is becoming less and less possible to dissent without prejudice.
We are on a course of mutually assured destruction by stealth.
Modern humans need stuff. The worl dhas become a techno-environment where no single facet of the environment is untouched in some way by human hand and the penetration of the mass media has enabled every single human being to compare themselves with every other and decide they need just that item or this one to emulate their neighbour and ensure their own personal self esteem.
everywhere you  look the news is filled with reports about the depredations of capitalism and the bright ideas of entreepreenoors but no reports of action to stop them.
We are now in a lemming like rush to get as much as we can before the whole thing goes shit side up.
