Went up to town on the bus this morning.
cold and wet but she zipped along.
nice colour in the Waignawa River.
Took me back to the old days.
When I was a kid my dad would take me to work on days like these on Saturdays, doubled on the bar of the bike, and when it was time for home then we would stop and jump over the fence to the river and if the colour was right we would have a couple of big fish in short order.
It made a change from steak!
hehehehehe.
dad could catch fish without trying?
so could my sister.
with her dang hands!!!!
me one every now and again.
hmmmm.
you cant beat a big five pounder baked in the the oven for tea.
