In New Zealand the government runs a money go round scheme called lotto and any of the profits they give to the film commission to waste promoting idiots who haven't gopa clue making the worst movies you are never going to see.
they never get a theatrical release.
they just get parked onto the wall of trailers at the film commissions offices and they think they atre wartner brothers or something
