Had to laugh yesterday.
The Swedish road safety expert on afternoons with Jim said there were too many road signs.
Do this, do that, dont do that blah blah blah.
He obviously didnt reckon on the kiwi propensity for telling others what to do!
Especially when they have the POWER.
Kiwis pride themselves on being honest, straightforward and forthright when they are basically sneaky, devious and oblique.
Dont get better.
Get even.
Once upon a time there were only three road signs.
60mph, 30 mph and keep left.
However after the 90's when the nitwits were inpower they couldn't handle the keep left sign so they eradicated it and filled the roads up with other incessant commands for obedience.
Anyway every problem in New Zealand could be soilved if they turned off the Teevee every night at 9 o'clock and put a 20c impost on petrol so people would have to get used to being with themselves instead of spending all their time on the road to nowhere!
