read your column in 'Sunday' several times and Rod it did not make sense.
all you did was repeat the whole noodle head mantra without offering one single example of how to do it.
How about going back into history and looking at the industries and jobs in Wanganui thirty years ago and then investigating the necessary and sufficient conditions for repeating it.
Just saying the words to butter up the carpetbaggers and the hucksters is not enough!
I have adegree in economic history myself but nobody wants to listen to me.
