This piccie is the sneak allister conwell from next door at carter court.
I spoke to the community law centre this morning and they say I have to keep a record of his harassment.
Well this is all historic but last year he snuck through the hedge with his spray gear and killed all my beans and cabbages.
I made three plantings and thought there was something in the soil before I realised what this person was doing.
Earlier this year I was having my breakfast and he came along and sprayed in my direction and I asked him to desist and he would not.
He has woken me up three saturday mornings in a row with his lawnmower and last weekend with a mechanical hedge trimmer.
I have been trying to get in touch with the people that run carter court but obtaining this information is like digging for gold.
We are supposed to be living in a protected environment but these people think they can ride roughshod over everyone and anyone.
What the hell is going on?

and as for the pantywaist cop they sent round.
1. its not your job to tell me when to get up in the morning
2. the job of carter court is to look after the welfare of its residents
3. this not play skool or the kids cartoons where people get HAPPY in the last minute before the next commercial.
4. its not your job to tell me that I am the instigator.
leave that to the judge.

I will get HAPPY when I can sleep in on the weekends without being harassed by a moron.

Its supposed to be about old and retired people but it has become an income generator for the staff.
you know:
cars
trips house additions
all that stuff.
and the so called manager has gone native.
he has removed himself from the front office and hides in a bedroom converted to an office where he grows his hair and beard and attempts to be old too.
sick.
He is a bully and a standover man.
his job was never advertised and it is proving impossible to find out who the members of the ruling society are so I can lay a complaint.
and he is totally childish to boot.
Cant stand being corrected or told that he is ignorant.
About time the masons took over and provided some long overdue professional standards ethics and peer group oversight which is sadly lacking at the moment.

I was chipped by a Carterton District Councillor yesterday for causing them trouble and making them work.
Well thats what you are paid to do.
not just collecting the honorarium and the sausage rolls after  council meetings.
I dont have to put up with bullying and harassment just so that you can stay in your comfort zone.
