reading the Readers Digest book of the bible lands and a comparison and contrast is not good reading.
canaan was up against environmental constraints when Abraham was looking for land 3,000 y.a. and nothing has changed.

now the rationalisers want to invent all sorts of normative nonsense to bolster their claims in the now and no one will tell them to stick it up their bums and find a solution to problems now instead of hiding behind religion and race.
