a good reason and the right reason...

 The reason I detest the weasel karl popper is he managed to destroy the psychology profession in New Zealand while the the best and brightest were overseas putting their lives on the line while he scurried off to safety.

The upshot was the best stayed in England after the war and the uptight, the repressed  and stiff upper lip types gained control of the psychological services and ruined the  capability of the profession to diagnose neurosis and psychosis.

The point is any competent Freudian analyst would tell you that the late terrorist put out of his misery was paranoid and all his actions  from the use of the knife and hurting innocent bystanders were a mirror image of what he wished done to himself.

All the rest is psychological camouflage for his latent homosexuality that he could not admit to himself and was condensed and distorted into religious radicalism.
