memo to carole king...

dear Carole

love your music and love this album but...

I have four copies and each time I dounload them to my pc they come up as mp3's on the media player.

I dont mind that but I play all my music from the pc to an amp but...

if I mix mp3's and wma it corrupts my pc and I have to reset it. 

can you tell me why this is?
