memo to the www...local rag excels itself in partisan politics...

 

Today the wairarapa times age printed yet another swingeing article dumping on the gubmint.

This time it was a full page editorial from this guy john macdonald the mouth of the south on chch Newstalk mornings.

It was a biased partisan tirade dumping on the speaker of the house trevor mallard who is retiring this week.

no attempt whatsoever at a balanced review of his career but an unbalanced tirade.

trevor mallard has spent 40 years in the service of his party and the country and this guy macdonald has never done anything except mouth off.

I have been reading the times age for over 60 years and even had a job researching the historical issues for a genalogical project.

it has always been a bastion of conservatism but is now sinking to a new low  printing outright nasty rubbish that would be more at home supporting the last president of the us and his low grade folowers.
