Happy Traum has put together the neatest book for any beginner guitar player.
Loaded with tunes and whats more there is a section on crosppicking.
You can find crosspicking on the net but this way is the best I have ever seen and for the adventurous it is great to cue a handful of Hank Willimas songs on the media player and try this style out. You will be amazed and astound your friends!
