There is no easy way and by adopting the Carr method then it is simply repressing an urge and that is bound to express itself in other and usually unforseen channels. The only method that really works is the one outlined by Gillian Riley in her book, "How to stop smoking; and stay stopped for good". this is the one that really works and if you are serious about stopping smoking then it is up to you to train people how to use this method properly and not just put it in the library at the institutions.
