bastards I have met...

shoulda  been slimy bastards I have met!
there are a few around.
its hard being civil sometimes.
especially when they insist on trying to be nice when you know  they are just slimy bastards full stop.

crisp morning today.
snow on the foothills of the Tararuas and over Ruacockapatuna way.

went to the Hutt this morning.
the train was late and slow but hey I ain't really going far.
and the snow and the contrast with the autumn growth on the pastures was tres beautiful.
went to trade some records with a friend but he wasn't home.
saw a ute in the Mitsubishi Service Garage with neato plates viz; NOONOO.
hehehehehehe.
the cooks favourite expression.

went and had a really nice Chinese Smorgasbord for lunch.
Lunch is good!
and the guy gives you more than you would help yourself!!!!!!

anyway I was sitting there in the main street scoffing it and the ute person came past.
He must have heard me laughing because he gave me a big wave.
there ya go.

BTW.
Upper Hutt is really nice.

Thats what made me think about the cook.
he was just horrible bastard.
lots of fun but very dangerous.
I was there when he sold Barry his first bag of dope.
We all crammed into plasticmans Lanchester.
remember them?  they had a pre-select gearbox and could could do 0-60 mph in 120 seconds!!!!!
cook rolled a J and Barry toked up and said it wasn't much.
Cook said have another and added some more to the price.
Barry just threw a whole wad of cash at Cook, grabbed the bag and that was the last we saw of Barry  for a while
ah yes.
those were the days my friend.

Just like the couple on the cover of the Woodstock Album.
They are still together.
