Last year or the year before I bought this 4cd box set of "PSYCHEDELIC" music mainly because it had two tracks from Melanie sprinkled in among the others. Plus a couple from MOby Grape and one by The New Riders Of The Purple Sage.
Mind blowing stuff.
They disappeared not long after their second album.
THier conservation mesage was too tough then and too tough now.
They pulled no punches and I bet the 'authorities' were dying to get them for something.
hehehehehehehehehe.
It seems like they have reformed now and I hope they are still strong.
and
Brewer and Shipley are still going too!
