for the greater good

I hear that Capital coast Health is about to take over the Wairarapa District Health Board.
About time they were subject to superior oversight and professional supervision.
It is the inevitABLE FATE OF OUTGROWTHS TO BEGIN TO FEEL AS IF THEY ARE IN COMPLETE CONTROL AND KNOW EVERYTHING.
The first thing for Capital Coast Health is to do something about Wairarapa Addiction Services which are rotten to the core.
First point of entry is the eight drug and alchohol counsellors employed at $60,000 a year.
Thats around $480,000.
Secondly there is the method of closing every file after 12 weeks and starting a new one.
so one person can come back 4 times in a year and the service receives the $12,000 dollar subsidy x 4.
nice work if you can get it.
We haven't even got to the total lack of empathy and the other deviant practices employed to maintain the personal ego's of the jobholding participants.
The Wairarapa District Health Board has given up its duty of care to unschooled parasites and bloodsuckers when it should be the absolute purview of the boards own staff to offer therapy and consultation.
somehow it has all merged into this horrible soup of kiwi knowalls and liggers who think that they know best.
Well just because you have a heart doesn't make you a heart surgeon and so just because you are a recovering alcoholic does not make you a psychiatrist but these people think it does..
The alchohol and drug services in the Wairarapa have become personal fiefs and any complaints against the practices and personnel are swept under the carpet under the aegis of the greater good.
furthermore the service is subverting individuals by releasing parts of peoples personal files to the media.
so when I say they are rotten I  mean it.
They have taped persons interviews and use them to blackmail addicts and alcoholics into obedience and more to the point fawning subservience.
time to get out the broom and return medicine to its qualified practioners and not narrow little parochial wannabees and sneaks.
