Up until the Billy Sherrill revolution providing strings instead of a fiddle the fiddle was the dominant instrument in country music and is still a potent force when it is played right.

Clareville is in a choice rural setting 2 minutes from Carterton where there is a great selection of cafes and services plus the best small town supermarket in New Zealand.

Its not every body's cup of tea to excuse the pun.
The response from the mental health industry is predictable.
It is largely staffed by middle class do gooders with a moralistic bias and who believe that they can reason with persons who are insane by definition.
They believe their social status gives them this power and they are just a deluded as their clientele.
They also believe that they can correct if not cure the major psychoses which is a patent nonsense.
Perhaps persons on the lower end of the psychotic spectrum can actually achieve some relief and even spontaneous remission by self medication.
This of course would be a major black eye for people who have a vested interest in keeping sick people sick.
All addiction has as major gaol to prevent the addict feeling their true thoughts and feelings and cannabis offers the illusion of being able to control depression while alcohol is a defense against paranoia which in itself is a defense against passive unconscious homosexuality.
The do gooders dont want to believe that either.
Mostly they get some sort of qualification and then they make it up as they go along.

Big ups to Margaret Hall in the letters page of the Dompost. The backlash was s prime example of post modern pantheistic paganism.
You know. we believe in God as long as it is the one we invented ourselves!
Post modernism is also responsible for the decline of science and maths skills in our schools as a result of lazy teachers telling kids that only their own truths count and that science cant be proven.
I wonder how long it will take to rectify this nonsense especially now that charter schools are telling children that science is false too.
Interesting times as we grapple with the idiots and the self will run riot crowd all jostling for the control of kids minds.
