Read your column with interest yesterday. More than a grain of truth in it. New Zealand has been completely and totally massaged by the media and people dont or cant tell the difference between the real and the image.
Yes indeedy.
Whats worse is the insidious creepiness of interrogatives into daily speech aided and abetted by the advertising agencies and the idiots from the Victoria University school of language who say that interrogatives are simply and only "tag endings".
well thats not true.
Interrogatives are an invalid mode of argument, dishonest and disrepectful and a subtle and insidious form of bullying.
Watch the teavy and you will see an ad for cooked chicken where the rugby players are telling th ekid that their choice is the best. 'Isn't it.'
No and the ad agencies should be excoriated.
If the product is any good then you shouldnt have to ask people to agree without any evidence and/or the chance to try it out for themselves and make their own decision.

anyway its great to see Kris Kristoferson is coming. Look for the disc above for the best!!!!!

Watched and listened to Woodstock again and there is no doubt in my mind that Jimi Hendrix was the greatest guitarist of his generation and maybe for alltime.
