Marijuana will not cause mental illness.
It is there since the original trauma or series of traumas in infancy.
I agree that Marijuana should not be allowed to be accessed by juveniles but for the rest the people who do no harm to others have a right to conduct their own lives as they wish.
Religious or moral judgements are not absolute and are the results of dogma and the discipliniary proclivities of the modern day Moses who wish to enforce their own set of rules on everyone else because God told them so..
And what about sperm health.

If the government had any balls they would only allow the importation of Ambassadors from India plus one model large car and one model small car.
One model scooter, one model 125cc. 250cc and 650cc motorbike and thats it.
Allowing kiwis to express themselves with a car is a pretty pathetic way of conducting a society.
