Rugby World Cup

The feeling is palpable. The first game of the rugby world cup is tonight. The All Blacks vs Tonga.
Should be a cracker. the Tongans have a reputation for kamikaze style tackling and they don't care if they lose as long as they bash the other side up. Watch out guys. Not only that they are hard bastards. You know the sort. You shake their hands or touch their bodies and they are like teak. no give.
Let the games begin.
I hope we win. It seems childish but the whole country will need a course of prozac if we fail. bwah wah hah.
Just don't go there DUDE.
Kate Gudsell from radio new zealand on the subject of money and Paul Reynolds renumeration. I didn't realise he had lost his number? Stand up on the dyass and take a bow Kate Gudsell. And see if your employer can spring for a course in remedial reading. The whole country is like that and especially the media. Its non stop interrogatives, isn't it, and general literary mangling because the J-School manques and parvenus are so up themselves they believe the usual rules don't apply to themselves.
And died and went to heaven again this morning.
Got a: nice cool blue all wool jersey mad in New Zealand for a snip at the family shop. It feels good. Plus I filled out my Byrds collection with Byrdmaniax. I think I've got the whole lot now. Every ALBUM except pre-flyte. And La Vallee, Meddle, The Wall, and Money by the Floyd and on the threshold of a dream by the moody blues and a Warner Brothers Van Morrison double; his band and street choir and tupelo honey.
All English pressings and hold on: "The Byrds Greatest Hits", the first collection. 5*****. and What WE Did on our Holidays by Fairport Convention and one by New Riders of the Purple Sage. The one without Panama Red on it but Jerry Garcia guesting on pedal steel and banjo!
Now what more can anyone want? Oh and a good translation of the Herodotus' Histories. 50c.Wow.
Whoever bought all these records in the first place I love ya. May our spirits meet in rock and roll heaven.
