on the waterfront

Wellington City Council at it again.
They keep wanting to privatise the waterfront and put walls around selected  property and sell it off.
The logic is beyond me. It seems like they just want to pander to something of which I am not sure of.
the thing about the waterfront is that it is one of the last urban walks of its magnitude in a major city left in the world but the Council keep wanting to fence it off.
There is no ryhyme nor ascertainable reason.
Just because they can.
They have some bee in their bonnet that is almost psychopathic.
Not much in the rag.
all the big questions are off the radar at the moment.
the thugs in the middle east are still murdering civilians but until the UN steps in then on it goes.
The Turkish border will become another minefield.
These idiots with money are intent on destroying the world just so they can keep up appearances in their peer group.
its all very sad.
Killing off people seems to have become the hobby of the nutters these days now that there isn't much megafauna left.
