Farewell Jock Hobbs. A top bloke and a real gentleman.
Went to town today. Played some stuff on the old Ibanez. Its got a few dings because I mistreated it when things weren't going too well (musicwise) but now I love it and it is probably the first guitar I've ever had that I would be sorry to part with. all the others came and went but somehow this one hits the spot. Its deep blue with a painted plywood top and light strings but it hums.and when its plugged in it can really sing.
I have a Jackson Strat too. Its a standard and not Orange. No flameouts on the pit.....
Anyway it was bloody cold today and I could hardly drag myself out of bed but it all went well. Had to keep the volume up just to keep warm. Gave some sheila a bit of cheek and she went off and came back and dumped about five dollars of change in the case and a big smile to boot. You just cant beat that!
karl du fresne came past. He said he didnt have any change and asked me if I took eft-pos. I said I'd take anything and if he had a credit card I'd take that toooo.
hahahahahahaha.
Bloody baby boomers. Tight as.
Reg Rufford came along too. We cracked it for a chat. I had to tell him that I had a wee argument with Denny just before he died but Icould tell Reg just how grateful I was for the spiritual gift that they gave me.
It took a while for the prayers to work but they did in the end. Cant say as I ain't going straight to hell but at least I give the devil a few licks to go on with.
Maritime workers lost a trick yesterday. Hooton and his pals struffed the daily MSN vote on whether to support the POAL workers.
norty norty.
Those boys deserve the money and everything else.
Len Brown needs a kcik in the pants for being a wimp.
