I read Levi-strauss' first book and I was appalled by the way he spoke about indigenous people and just took from them.

and then went I went to Victoria University as an adult student they were trying to teach his mumbo jumbo (levi-strauss) as if was something when it was just crap.

Is there something wrong with the editor of this rag that he thinks it is funny to print this crap.
As for Ricky he should wonder why he never became Mayor. The people of Masterton all know that your sense of humour is not that funnee and you couldn't even go the distance with the last liteweight shoulder tapped for the job.
As for your column its only a mishmash of bigotry and prejudice dressed up to appear acceptable and your lack of a proper education shows through in every sentence. Its all opinions and very poor ones at that.

I take issue with the jazz Robyn Scholes puts out about Lee never having made a bad movie.
Once were Warriors was really a documentary and apart from that he has never made a really good one!

with Johnny Morris as the rewrite guy they do something really good.
otherwise all this mawkish new zealand crap is just a waste of celluloid and a good way to kill off chilean silver miners so Kiwi Artistes can produce another pile of juvenile garbage.
The New Zealand film industry seems to be run by a cadre of hoydens who think they know everything there is to know about movies and are experts at isolating and discouraging any one who brooks them or wont suxk up.

Last night I watched Cadillac Records which is nifty little flic about the creation of CHESS Records in Chicago in the 1950's and tonight I am going to watch Galaxy Quest for the umpteenth time.
I get it from the video place on a monday on the oldies card and have it for a week.
show me any New Zealand movie as good as either of these.

I watched the afternoon repeat of the Crowd Goes Wild and then The Late Show.
All afternoon in the ad beaks they had Ritchie Macaw going on and then finishing on an interrogative didnt they.
then when todays session of the CGW at 7 Hayley Holt was doing it every second sentence.
wasnt she.
what is it with New Zealand Sportspeople in general that they all want to bully everybody by adding interrogatives.
Real men and this means you Richie and real women dont need to ask other people to agree with them do they.
If they are self actualised then the correct attitude is take it or leave it and if you dont like what I say then tough.
