The general election in New Zealand is descending into farce.
Out of nowhere the ruling National Party is being sued by rapper Slim Shady for stealing his backing track for their campaign commercial.
It is just the way they do everything.
They beleive that they dont have to answer to anyone and it has caught up with them and now they do have to answer.
The Prime Minister who is fond of hanging around the dressing rooms of the national football team the All Blacks is now being revealed as what is known in cricket as a flat track bully.
He is okay when he is going forward but is starting to show his lack of understanding of the democratic political process and he is beginning to crack.
It must have seemed like a good gig when Boag & Hooton interviewed him in New York and showed him the job description but it is not looking too good for him now.
Just turn up and we'll do the rest.
He associates with Whale Oil who is without doubt the biggest creep in New Zealand and he is hiding under all manner of persiflage to come clean on pointless data mining of the whole population.
he thinks because he is told to keep it all on the QT that no one else knows how it works.

New Zealanders are more than consumers to be pushed round by a nebulous all seeing all knowing market.
they are real people with real concerns and have just about reached the limits of their tolerance for being treated like plastic counters in your own personal monopoly game.
