memo to the zuck...
Hi dude.
You got a bit of a pasting in the Sunday rag here.
I must say I made more than a few derogatory remarks about FB when I found out others were using it to diss me.
However after I investigated FB and realised its potential I have become a firm fan.
Now if you want some outside adult advice just jump in the Gulfstream and come down here for a respite and I wil help you with some strategys to get the parasites of your back and reform some of the structures that need reforming.
I am not some rube from the sticks and I have tertiary qualifications in economic and business history and philosophy and I have financial friends that know how that works!

Carterton Catastrophe...
Somebody in the Salvation Army Head office has a wild hair up their arse.
first of all they managed to squeeze long time manager Dave Mckenzie out of his position as manager, then install a new regime and now they are planing to close the best store in Carterton.
People come from all over the lower North Island to this store.
Move to a temporary leased building and when that runs out erect some sort of shed down the main road far from the shopping centre.
This is all nonsense and shows a total lack of appreciation for how small towns work and worst of all what is best for the army itself.
I know you cant fight change but when the change is an a priori deduction about the wants and needs of a community and is arrant nonsense then it must be resisted.
At the moment the Salvation Army is operating on the principle that we know everything there is to know and if we dont know it then it is not important otherwise we would know it.
And besides God is on our side. yeah right.
They might think in their wisdom that moving the shop down to 210 High Street is going to bring people closer to the citadel but that is just wishful thinking.
If they want to see the Army in Carterton wither on the vine then proceed by all means.
They, the ubiquitous "THEY" buggered the army in Masterton by closing down the citadel there where I learned many songs and the christian way myself, for some unknown purpose and they sold it to a medical company who then proceeded to burn down their new structure by overloading the electrical grid and then moving out.
These people with their lawyers and accountants making decisions based solely on return on equity are ruining no tonly the Army but the cause.
It is all very well to congratulate yourselves on how much money you send to Africa but the people here need shepherding too and you are failing in your core duty.

big news where the Prime MInister of New Zealand is UNINVITED from a scabby little TV show called the AM show.
more like the BIG I AM show fronted by two of the greasiest articles ever to get a gig on the idiot box namely one Duncan Garner and Merkin Richardson.
These two pontificate and parade their arrogance and ignorance every morning on teevee as if they were some sort of little tin gods with the fate of this country in their hands and theirs alone.
Nada they are just popup cardboard cutouts who are eminently replaceable and should if truth be told be gone by lunchtime themselves.
They are revolting specimens and the rest of the world would be horrified if they were foisted on them.
They are the slime oozing out of your video and crawling across your living room floor.
